Bayou Dance Club is a great place for social dancing, group and private lessons and they have many performance opportunities for students. I enjoy the fact that all types of music are played at the Wednesday and Friday night parties and the teachers circulate around so everyone dances. My instructor, Alessio, is fun yet professional and he challenges and encourages me to become a better dancer. The staff and students have been very welcoming and the studio is a very pleasant, positive place to dance.
The Bayou Dance Club is friendly, welcoming and effective. There is an excellent group of instructors and dance is taught to all levels, from one-steppers to international competitors. Social interaction is promoted among all and it is a very easy environment to step into.
Bayou Dance Club I've been with Bayou Dance Club for 13 years. I've been a Silver dancer now for a couple years and love ever minute of it . The teachers male & female are the best they know how to teach you and have fun at the same time. I'm not saying its a piece of cake but nothing worth while is easy plus dancing keeps you in shape! The staff is top notch, you have question they know the answer. I've known one of the staff sense she was 12 or 13 years old she has been with Bayou for several years now she is very busy but like the whole staff they well stop and help with what ever your needs are. So what are you waiting on get those dance shoes on lets party! Win yourself a trophy! PS that's mine!
The Bayou Dance Club is the BEST!!! I have 2 left feet and yet they helped me dance like Fred A. They are so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to get back to the studio. Every one is Welcome.
An excellent studio for ballroom dance lessons and lively parties (occurring on Mon., Wed., and Fridays). The instructors are talented and even fun! Group classes Mondays through Saturdays. Lots of theme parties which are entertaining! There are 2 dance floors and the main floor is a bit small for the crowds. Those who attend are often experienced dancers. I take lessons there and find it rewarding. The owners are very kind and considerate. I don't think there is a better studio in the county!
Growing up in Pinellas Park, this place is what I call a “Diamond on the Rough” with championship competition ballroom dancers as the instructors. If you want to learn the “lost art” of these majestic dances, come here. Double digit dance styles, many different choices of music, it’s a wonderful time. All instructors are very knowledgeable and fun! My favorite dances are waltz, foxtrot and samba. 10/10 would recommend.
