Motor City was extremely helpful! They came to my house, helped me pick out the best color and gave me a quote (all while not being too pushy - this is a BIG deal for me!) I have recommended them to those who are looking for carpet and we will use them again in the future for our carpet needs!

I'm am currently leasing a home in Ferndale and had new carpet installed. There was some confusion about the schedule for it to be installed, which was frustrating for me, after taking the day off and moving everything out of the rooms. Motor City Carpet was more than accommodating on getting the job finished though. The GM called me and made sure she did everything she could to get the carpet installed that day. The two gentlemen who installed the carpet were very nice, professional and went above and beyond expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone!

My carpeting was installed yesterday and I couldn't wait to write a review. I worked with the sales staff at the Royal Oak location and cannot say enough about how great they all were. Everyone was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They worked with me and were patient while I made my decision. Brendan is simply the best. The installers did a fantastic job! We love how the house looks and would recommend MCC to anyone! Couldn't be happier!

MotorCity Carpet was referred to me by a friend who had them install carpet and wood flooring in their house. They travel pretty much anywhere and have the best price around and if not they will beat any competitors price. Their service was amazing, clean and fast. I love my new flooring and could not have been any happier. I love the service I received from a "mom and pop" much more than any of those big home improvement chains. I highly recommend them, especially Bruce their sales guy - what a sweetheart!!!
